I'm based in Johannesburg, South Africa where I mainly focus on taking pictures of people. My main goal is to show the enthusiasm, beauty and grace of people particularly capturing non-models and hope to place "regular" people in exaggerated situations that highlight an aspect of who they are. I aim to record a sense of defiance and fortitude into my work.

I’m based in South Africa, Johannesburg and I do travel around the city for photoshoots.
A person’s facade is stripped and their most honest emotions are bare for the viewer to admire. My photography presents you with unapologetic human nature. I have an eye for finding the expressions we only let show for split seconds. The high contrast and saturation create a strong polarity with the heavy presence of shadows and dark overtones. This, combined with the raw emotions captured in my photos both comforts you and draws you in while simultaneously shaking the viewer by presenting them with candid humanity- something that is something that is often hidden and smoothed over in photography.
